We carefully select and prepare each item to bring authentic Sri Lankan craftsmanship to customers around the world. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item is not damaged, altered, or used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, please contact us at<strong> sales@carlosklay.com<\/strong>  with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wellness and personal care products that have been opened or used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Earrings and certain personal accessories for hygiene reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We take great care in preparing every order.
